BUSY SIGNAL - CARIBBEAN JABB

Busy Signal explores the enjoyment of dancing with his latest crossover release Caribbean Jabb. A combination of Soca and Dancehall vibes, Caribbean Jabb was musically composed by Steve Locke with lyrics authored by Reanno “Busy Signal” Gordon and Adrian Locke of Truckback Records.

Truckback is know for putting out major hits like the heart felt ballad Lose A Friend by I-Octane and Erup’s Click My Finger which made its way into the billboard charts at its peak. As well as past riddims like The Steel Frog, Gear Box, Tun Up and Question It. Truckback Records are no strangers to crossing over as they previously worked with well knows soca stars Skinny Fabulous & Bunji Garlin in the past.

Caribbean Jabb is sure to do some damage on the dance floor and airwaves this carnival season. Caribbean Jabb emphasizes how powerful a female’s waistline can be. Caribbean Jabb is another song that displays Busy’s capability of captivating his audience through soca. Busy is a smooth youth that knows how to deliver his point of view through his music. . “I know you can feel it when you whine in front of me baby, Just Gimmie dat bounce my girl, mi love your energy girl”.

Busy professes how much this young lady has hypnotized him and taken his breathe with her seductive moves he meanders to her moves. Busy is an auspicious artist that is determined to make his impression on the world. He continues to expand his career by reaching out to diverse global audience outside of the traditional dancehall genre.

Last year Busy blessed 2011 with soca songs like Get Out Of My Way, Touch Di Road and Bend Ova which was all composed by Thygeson ‘Penn’ Joseph & Irvin ‘Ace’ Loctar from Studio 758 in St. Lucia. With his hard work he creates top quality music and songs we love.

Truckback Records recently also released 3 more tracks performed by Busy Signal, New Money Ol Money off the Friendless Riddim, Real Spenders and Tell Dem Already off the Freedom Shines Riddim which is a new version of reggae’s best loved riddims, Freedom Blues, to mark the 50th anniversary of Jamaican independence in 2012. Currently Busy Signal is working on his upcoming One Drop Reggae album set to release this year and is currently shooting a video for his hit single Come Over.
